The data retention in ABACUS/GMP takes place in a relational data model, which is constituted by a technical implementation of the OeNB and the developed and maintained “Common Regulatory Reporting Requirements Data Model“ (“Gemeinsames Meldewesen Datenmodell” (GMP)). An extention of the data model or adjustments that go beyond the basic application’s configuration using the existing data structures is possible at any time. Customer specific evaluations can be implemented in the existing application at any time, based on this open data model. For this purpose, basic functionalities such as the generation of PDF or Excel files are already a part of the application.
A comprehensive partitioning concept forms the basis for the data organisation in ABACUS/GMP. Based on this concept, diverse logical partitions are generated on the basis of the reporting dates, which, in addition to the versioning of the data records, accelerate and simplify the data terms and the data analysis.
Standardised XML-interfaces are provided for the data input from the banks delivery systems. These interfaces ensure the uniformity for the user as well as provide for a near redundancy-free delivery.Back
